Adjuster Screen
Use this screen to add or edit the adjuster information.
Description of fields on the screen
| Field Label | Description |

| File | Actions associated with this option include Save, Save and Close, and Close. |
| Actions | There are no options to select. |
| Help | Selecting this option opens CCC ONE Help. |
| Title | Select the person's title from this droplist. |
| First/Last | Enter the name of the adjuster in these fields. |
| Mailbox Code | Enter the adjuster's mailbox ID. This is provided to you by CCC. |
| Address 1 Address 2 City/State/Zip |
Enter the address and email information. |
| Phone Numbers | Select the Phone Type from the droplist, and then enter the phone number. Use the up/down, and remove buttons |
| (up/down arrows buttons) | Use these buttons to move the selected phone number up or down on the list. The top phone number is the primary. |
| (remove button) | This option removes the selected phone number |
| Contact Notes | Enter and free-form text in this fields. |
